I am a constituent writing to ask you to become a co-sponsor and support the FAIR PLAY FOR WOMEN ACT (a bill in the 117th session that is soon to be filed for the 118th session). With 90 percent of all educational institutions not in compliance with the athletics provisions of Title IX, federal agencies need stronger enforcement tools and athletes must be informed of their rights under Title IX. This bill would accomplish both purposes and require transparency of secondary school athletic program data.
